I want you to know a little about how I run Monogram Bowtique including the quality of product that you will receive when ordering from me.
I take great care in creating each one of my handmade products. My desire with the business is to offer a product that is very high quality at an affordable price. My greatest desire is to run the business in a way that pleases the Lord.
I am truly thankful for your business and I hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order.
Ordering instructions:
Ordering from me is very simple. Simply write a comment under each picture of the items you want to order. Please tell me the color of ribbon (or fabric depending on the item you are ordering), color of thread for the monogram, the color for the knot in the middle (if applicable depending on the item you are ordering), your clip choice for the hair accessory, and what you would like monogrammed on the item. If you want a three letter monogram, please list the FIRST initial, then the LAST initial, and then the MIDDLE initial.
If you would like for me to make a custom item (example: for a particular outfit, or if you don't see a picture of the item you are looking for, etc.) please just write it on my Facebook wall or send me an email to stacistills@yahoo.com.
Payment for order:
All you need to do is give me the email address that you use for Paypal. Since many people will order more than one item at a time, you can just give me your email address in ONE of your comments for ordering. Also, let me know if your order needs to be shipped or if you are a local customer who will pick up your order. Once I receive your order and Paypal email address, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours or PayPal will cancel your invoice. Once your payment is received, I will make your items and either send it to you through the mail or if you are local, I will send you a message that it is ready for pick up.
Since my items are custom made for each individual they cannot be returned.
Please keep a check on this page each time you make an order in case of any updates or changes.
Shipping time:
Since I am a mom of three beautiful children it could take up to two weeks for you to receive your order. However, I will try to get it to you much sooner!
