Chenille baby doll quilt
I loved the Chenille baby quilt that I made our newest addition so much that I thought I would make her a tiny version for her baby dolls to match her room. I'm not pleased with the size I made...it should be a little bigger. It turned out to look more like a placemat. Oops! Well, we learn as we go sometimes! :)
I found this adorable little bench at a yard sale for $2! Yay for yard sale finds!!! :)
Chenille baby quilt
I made this Chenille baby quilt for the newest addition to our family. It was really neat because I created my own Chenille using 3 pieces of flannel. I found this (top) fabric years ago and bought it because I loved it and thought I would make my girls some dresses out of it. However, I never did! So I had this beautiful fabric to use for the quilt top!
Fun, contemporary lamp
I had so much fun with this lamp. I hope to do a tutorial on this some day. It is so easy and can be done for not much $$! I made this lamp for my mom as a present. I must admit that once it was done I wanted to keep it!! Ha! But, hopefully I'll be able to make myself one sometime soon. :)
Vision for blog
I really want to make this blog more fun and not just about bows. I hope to add craft and sewing tutorials, bargain finds, and more fun things like that. I am looking forward to this!
